“Adaptation isn’t just about surviving change – it’s about learning to thrive through it.”

About Rodger

Rodger Price lives in Holland, Michigan with his wife, Amanda, who he has been married to for over 4 decades. He loves meaningful conversations and training leaders. He believes that leadership skills are not always inherent, but when those skills are offered through experiential and reinforced learning models, they can be developed. His work focuses on the belief that each person has a unique design for their life.

He began his career as an automotive engineer and, after considering making a transition to teach high school physics, transitioned into being a leader development expert. In 2014, he founded Leading by DESIGN and is currently a partner there.

A longtime agnostic, Rodger started exploring 20th century physics in his mid-thirties which led to insights about how much faith it takes to not believe in God. Uncovering the power of physics led him to faith in Christ which changed how he lives his life every day.

Rodger enjoys hiking, playing tennis, spending time with family, and training leaders with unique hands-on learning.

He also loves to stay current on the latest information about physics and is passionate about sharing how understanding science opens people’s understanding of faith.
